The projector has a very good clean picture for the price. It was easy to connect and set. The reason for the bad review is the lack of information and run around from support. There was no documentation included with the projector that gave information on how to setup 3d and what the usb port is for. When calling support to get information which should have been included in the manual they wanted to charge for support. When talking to support on the web interface which is free they informed me that 3d on the projector is not included in the "factory made" setup and i would have to pay for information on how to setup 3d. Their support is the absolute worst and would recommend staying away from anything this company has to offer.
